Robert Felgar, founder of RAZ Mobility, has almost 20 years
of experience in telecommunications, both as an attorney and business leader.
Robert founded RAZ Mobility in order to bring unique and cutting edge mobile
solutions to individuals with disabilities.
Prior to RAZ Mobility, Robert was the general manager Odin
Mobile, the first wireless provider in the world whose sole purpose is to serve
persons who are blind. Odin Mobile sold a unique basic mobile phone, the ODIN

non-profit and for-profit organizations and consumers across the country. Odin
Mobile also sold the latest android devices developed by Google. The American
Foundation of the Blind recognized Odin Mobile’s pioneering efforts and awarded
it the 2015 Access Award.
Prior to starting Odin Mobile, Robert was a practicing
telecommunications attorney. In private practice, he represented both
incumbents, such as Verizon, and competitive telecommunications companies. He
also served as general counsel to two telecommunications companies. Robert
practiced before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state public
utility commissions. With respect to the FCC, Robert has advocated on issues at
all levels, including in front of FCC commissioners.
Robert has a B.A. in Economics from McGill University
